my new program

My new programe diet.
Actually this is not my 1st time plan to reduce my weight…many things I have done but not successful…maybe do it half way..tak betul2 that why tak jd…so becoz I want to ensure it become my serious plan why not I publish here so that it become my responsibility to follow my diet plan…
I gain weight after deliver my 2nd baby…huhu  from my normal weight 53kgs now 58.8kgs…so worse increase by 5-6kilos…my bmi now become overweight…before I too late and become obese….i want to overcome my problem using this product…hope it works on me…
Today is my first day consumed hl…hopefully I can follow my menu plan without fail…
Morning
500ml h2o water + aloe
500ml h20 teamix
Nasi lemak telur goring (haiyaa hubby sudah beli kena mkn gak)
Lunch
1.5 lt water + aloe + teamix
300 ml water + 3 scopes cappuchino + 1 ½ scopes f3
Snack time
Milo + biscuits
Dinner
bihun tomyam (gi jln alamanda so fail nak mkn hl)
my menu color is yellow
