Welcome to our new family member Mardiyyah binti Elmi...baby of Nurhidayah Mokhtar and Elmi Baharuddin..congratulations to both of you...my sister Nurhidayah delivered the baby last day at Azzahrah Hospital. Alhamdulillah baby and mother are fine. Will upload the baby pic soon..I'm glad that my sister planned to full breastfeed her baby...of course she will bcoz she graduated from dietician field... will support her 100% and be her lactation consultant tak bertauliah if she need my advise....hahaha...

Here is my diet menu for last day

Upon wake up

At office

Breakfast

Took 1/2 day leave...planned to visit my sister at hospital.

Lunch

snack time
nasi + lauk pauk (tak tahan da lapar)

Dinner
Nasi lemak ayam goreng
500ml h2o + teamix
500ml h2o + aloe
